Returns and guarantees
Our planned direct-sale offer includes 30 days to request a change-of-mind return after delivery. Free standard mainland Spain returns are intended only where verified costs support them; the final return cost will be disclosed before payment. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are handled separately under applicable consumer rights, without charging for legally required remedies. Statutory withdrawal and guarantee rights are not restricted by the extended returns offer.
Online consumer purchases generally include a 14-day statutory withdrawal period, subject to lawful exceptions. New consumer goods sold under Spanish consumer rules have a three-year legal guarantee; applicable rights in France and Germany will be reflected in the final local terms. A returns window does not replace a legal guarantee.
