This website currently does not accept newsletter signups or contact enquiries. No marketing email service is enabled. A lead service will only be opened after the operator, contact details, retention period and notification provider are configured.

Human lighting consultations are not available: no specialist has been appointed. The optional consultation brief is prepared only in the current page. It is not sent to a specialist, stored on our server or added to analytics. It clears when you leave or reload; copying it places a copy on your own clipboard. No calendar, WhatsApp connection or consultation reminders are enabled.

The optional electrician-details checkout form is a preview: use example information only. Country, postcode or town and installation notes remain in the current page's memory, not browser storage. They are not submitted while checkout is disconnected. Turning the option off clears the draft. No real purchase or installation request is created.

For future live installation requests, the approved retention plan is to keep requests while active, review unresolved requests monthly, and delete or anonymise installation location and notes 90 days after closure unless a specific complaint or legal obligation requires longer. Legally required purchase records will be retained separately. This schedule must be implemented before live requests open; no automated retention operation is currently claimed.

The new guided-shopping journey uses browser session storage to retain choices, optional device-only notes, basket product IDs and quantities, comparison selections and catalogue mode in this tab. Saved progress expires after 24 hours of inactivity and is removed when that session ends. These notes are not sent to our server or a specialist. Do not put contact details or sensitive information in them. Basket review sends only product IDs, quantities and preview/live mode to the server; no address or payment details are collected.

The current site does not install optional analytics cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information to operate and secure the website. Browser preferences may be stored locally; you can remove these through your browser settings.

Following a retailer link takes you to a third-party website, which applies its own privacy and cookie policies. Affiliate attribution may be handled by that retailer or its network.

Administrator requests require authentication. The application does not log request bodies or credentials. This notice describes the current pre-launch configuration and is not a legal compliance certification.
